Last time I bought clothes, I took a 40 inch waist.
Bought new pants yesterday, waist was 36 inches.
I know at some point my waist will stop getting smaller, but I may actually be able to get down to a 30 inch waist if every time I lose 20 pounds I also lose 4 inches around my waist.
That's something to celebrate!

That's great if it doesn't make any harm to your organizm, because sometimes we face the choice to make better our body or be milder to our organizm!
